You cannot miss this culinary gem in Siem Reap! The food is amazing – the frog legs, fish ceviche, beef with red ants, and the Wagyu Ribeye cooked on a sizzling hot stone were all bursting with flavor and expertly prepared. Each dish was a true masterpiece. What made our experience unforgettable, was the incredible hospitality of Evan, the head of experiences, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. His passion for the restaurant and its food was evident in every detail. A must-visit for anyone in Siem Reap!

Unforgettable Dining Experience at Mahob Khmer cuisine with Amazing Food and Service
Evan was there to greet us as the perfect host (head of experiences) We’ve been travelling Vietnam & Cambodia & our food has ranged from low cost to very high cuisine & Mahob was right there at the top of the list ! Oyster mushrooms & a Pomolo salad with prawns gave us a superb start/intro to this restaurant Beef Lok Lak & crispy fish in a soy bean sauce were a delight We love crème brûlée but to add ginger to create a wonderful fusion really topped the meal! An absolute must to visit if you’re intending to stay in the area Great value for money as exceptional quality food!

This was a lunch stop as part of our day tour to Angkor Wat, we were placed in an air conditioned part of the restaurant. The food was of a high standard we had a four course meal including a soup and fish main course. Service was excellent and this really was a high standard lunch stop given it was part of a day tour.

We had a lovely lunch at this restaurant - great food in beautiful surroundings. We had chicken satay and spring rolls to stark, tofu and duck to follow with garlic fried rice and ended with bananas flambé - delicious. Their chocolate and coffee frapes are worth a try too. The garden was full of birds and butterflies!

Best food I’ve ever had in South east Asia!! We had our waiter recommend our food, and we both got so so surprised. The food was utterly amazing. I’m sad we only got 4 days in Siem Reap. Hard to say, but might have been the best food I ever had. We had: Pomelo Salad as appetizer and after I had Beef with red ants, it was freaking amazing. Recommend 10/10

Although we have had a fantastic holiday in Siem Reap we have found the food mediocre and pandering to tourists palates. NOT HERE! Delicious food (excellent recommendation of dishes by Evan) really flavourful. The restaurant is fun and the staff first class. We enjoyed it so much we are booking to go back!

I went with my husband and daughter to Mahon. I am a pescatarian as well as a picky eater but the menu was accommodating to our tastes. We had a lava cake, morning glory and many other delicious meals. The staff were very helpful and friendly and gave us our food promptly. The menu is created by a wide range of traditional Khmer cuisine with a modern twist that suits numerous tastes. If you visit Siem Reap, Mahob must be on your itinerary.
